We are proud to say all of our candles are hand poured right in the heart of Webster, Texas. In fact, every part of our candles, from the wick to the container is made here in the USA. Formulated with a special soy wax blend, our candles are designed to give the optimum combination of creamy consistency, burn time, and the proper release of rich fragrances.
Signature Candles
If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with any of our products, you may return that product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Return shipping costs to our facility are the customer's responsibility. In the case of an exchange, we will pay shipping for the replacement item to your shipping address on file. Approval of a refund or exchange is at the sole discretion of A Little Scent In Time.
Keep your original packaging for at least the first 30 days after purchase. Some returns might require an item be placed in its original container.
To return an item:
Call customer service at 1-713-417-3740 -- You must get a return authorization from our company before returning any item.
Package the item, along with all original packing materials and accessories
If available, send the packing slip that came with the item. If you do not have the original packing slip, you can print out a receipt by logging into your account.
When you return a product, upon receipt and inspection the cost of the item and the sales tax, if applicable, will be credited to the original purchaser's payment method. Return shipping charges are not refundable. Any gift that you receive from Southern Candle that is damaged in transit by the shipping carrier will be replaced with the same item at no cost to purchaser. However, pictures of the damaged product will be required by customer service before a replacement can be made.
The total delivery time for your order is the period of time from when you place your order until the time you receive it. There are two parts to this step: the processing time and the shipping time.
Processing time for an item is the time from when you submit your order to when it leaves the warehouse. Items typically leave the warehouse within 1-2 business days.
Shipping time is from when the item leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your door. Shipping Costs vary depending on the order; the shipping cost for most items is based on the item's size, weight, shipping method and delivery address.

Whenever possible, we will supply via email tracking numbers provided by the shipping carrier to track your order. You may also view all details of your order by simply logging into your account.
Please note:
Shipping times do not include processing time (most in stock items generally take 1-2 days to process) and Standard Shipping times only apply to items being sent to the 48 contiguous states.
For Standard Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, add 2-4 additional business days days.
Shipments to military APO / FPO addresses and U.S. territories and protectorates should arrive in 3-6 weeks.
